Proudly named after the translation of the local Taungurung people’s word Traawool, meaning Wild Water. The lively & elevated dining room welcomes family and friends with beautiful food and a breathtaking view.
Our new menu by Executive Chef Bob Piechniczek and Sous Chef Jillian McInnes has indigenous tones, and local storytelling, reflected from our stunning location and local relationships in the Goulburn Valley.
Our ever-increasing wine list features local vineyards to international delights, and a cocktail menu to keep you saying, ‘one more please’.
The Wild Water menu changes regularly. This allows us to embrace the produce and flavours of each season. It also gives us an opportunity to diversify our menu offering with our regulars enjoying new and bold tastes throughout the year.
