Are children welcome? Always, we love families at Trawool

Can we bring a cake? Of course! After the candles are blown out, we cut and serve the cake to all your guests for $5pp. If you need us to order the cake for you too, we have a fabulous local bakery available, just send us an email.

Are pets welcome? Well behaved pets are welcome in the Herb Garden outside area. No pets are allowed inside or in the accommodation.

Why is there a set menu for large groups? A set menu has been put in place to ensure that your guests enjoy a more streamlined service on the night.

Why do I have to pay if I don’t show up? Payment will be taken if bookings are cancelled within 24hours of your booking, as you may be taking the place of other guests being able to book, and we will have arranged for paid staff to be onsite to serve you. Cancellation fees guarantee we can open our doors for every sitting.

What if I need to cancel my restaurant booking? Of course, we understand that some cancellations need to made. All we ask is that you do so prior to 24hours before your booking, otherwise a refund will not be honoured.

What if I need to cancel my accommodation or restaurant booking due to government restrictions on travel? All cancellations due to COVID related restrictions will be honoured outside of the usual cancellation windows, and we will contact you to move your booking to another date, without any additional service or administrative fees.
