The Trawool Estate is looking for staff across the Food and Beverage department, with a strong focus on Front of House.

Positions available:

  • Food and Beverage attendants across several areas of service; Baristas, bartenders, floor staff, hosts and MORE!

  • Breakfast/lunch/dinner services across multiple areas of the hotel, casual dining, bar, weddings and events, outdoor dining

  • Casual Chefs & Kitchen Hands

  • Housekeepers

We are looking for multiple roles and skill sets, but the number one is being part of this growing Trawool family and part of something truly special and unique to regional Victoria.

  • We also have a very special opportunity for a Beauty Specialist to hire our newest space, Yalinwa. This new salon was created for wedding parties to get ready before their big day, as well as a space where our hotel guests can have facials and massage during their stay. The space has a small kitchenette, waiting area and private room, along with a 4pax makeup station and high-end finishes and features.
