Wine by Sam was started by husband and wife team Sam Plunkett and Bron Dunwoodie in 2012. WXS is their winery home in the centre of Seymour and Sam has been making award winning wines in the region for more than 25 years.

Michelin-trained Chef Bob Piechniczek is Executive Chef at The Trawool Estate. His passion for locally sourced produce will be highlighted in this paired menu against Sam's wonderful wines.
